With this method, we have designed a process tailored to our country for recruitment, consulting, development, career choice, leadership, and coaching.
This training shows how to identify a person’s observable behavior and motivators with the Birkman Method; how to define usual (normal) behavior, the underlying needs that sustain it, and stress behaviors when those needs aren’t met—and how to combine these insights with core self-awareness and coaching techniques.
