  • How to Add Power and Effectiveness to the Way You Coach:

Consider the following. A chef has cooking utensils for a feast. A carpenter has hammers and wood for a home. A physician has a stethoscope to measure heart health.

In the same way, coaches have verbal tools they can use to help other people attain important goals and dreams. One of these verbal tools is the question. It is used in virtually every coaching situation, with greater or lesser success. This webinar introduces a distinction called “questions that make a difference.” We will see how this verbal tool takes the focus off of the coach and puts it where it rightfully belongs: upon the client. We will see that using questions that make a difference helps the coach look not so much at what he or she needs to say, but more importantly upon what the client needs to hear in the moment. The pressure is off. The coach doesn’t need to worry about sounding brilliant (which is something every coach is concerned about from time to time). Instead, the coach can then allow the client’s own natural brilliance to come into play.

    In this webinar you will:

Discover new and empowering questions and techniques that you can begin to use with your clients immediately

See how to help clients shift the focus of attention from issues to ideas, from doubts to dreams, from rationalizations to results, and from conflicts to the contribution they are here to make

Hear case examples of how questions that make a difference work

Learn what successful coaches do to help clients achieve important goals

and learn new methods to coach leverage your  talent
