Dilek  has 30 yearsʼ experience as a manager, leader, trainer and consultant, specializing in individual and organizational performance, culture and fit. She is an International Senior Consultant in the Birkman Method® since 10 years and , a personality profiling tool used by major global corporations and which predates but supports (and enlarges on) the Five Factor Model.
