We are conducting Birkman Basics Interpretation training sessions to answer questions like these.

Birkman Preview is a tool that we use at CCALand  to manage talent. Based on the world-class Birkman Method®, it allows us to identify a personʼs motivations, usual behavior, needs and response to stress.
