What is a coach?

What is the difference between a coach and a therapist?
A therapist supports their clients to heal from trauma, depression, grief, and other emotional difficulties. As a coach, you will support your clients to move beyond their familiar stopping points so they can live a life of maximum contribution to the world. Consider the following analogy: An athlete with a sprained ankle would work with a physical therapist in order to heal. Upon healing, they would then work with a masterful coach to support them to play their best possible game.
