People—whether they are managers, leaders, or members of a team—must all be able to manage diversity, create and sustain an inclusive environment, and be culturally competent to remain productive. In this session, you will encounter three ways to tweak your group Birkman sessions to be more inclusive. We will explore the Strengths and Needs of each Component and how they work together to develop an unconscious bias of our words and actions. We will also work to bridge the Cultural Communication Divide by examining how Self-Consciousness and Emotional Energy provide the crucial information needed to build a cultural communication style matrix.
